Extrusion Divider

A cutting-edge industrial system based on extrusion division: the dough is taken by a helical auger that continuously feeds the dough pump, where it is degassed and then cut by a sequential blade. The resulting product can be used in various cooking forms, such as a direct system, pre-cooked and cooled, pre-cooked and frozen, both in new production lines and existing IMEPA lines.

The system allows working with a weight difference within 2% for the dough pieces, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Due to the speed at which the product is processed continuously and without waiting, the dough experiences minimal variations. The ease of exchanging molds or cutting heads allows for a diverse range of products with the same equipment. Being a standalone machine, it can be conveniently placed in any production area.

The equipment is easy to operate, with simple and secure mechanisms. After production, the equipment features a straightforward, fast, and effective cleaning system that removes dough residues from the inside of the divider without the need for disassembly. As with all our equipment, IMEPA will be present for any engineering changes that need to be made to your production setup.
