Front or side discharge. Equipped with a volumetric division system through a highly precise alternate piston for cutting, ensuring no damage to the dough or its additives. It offers a wide range of dough weights and product diversity. The IMEPA division systems, developed and entirely produced in Argentina, address the variety of ethnic products in Latin America, providing technology specifically tailored to the diversity of our continent and taking a step further in the industrial development sought by the region.
This high-production equipment is designed to divide and deliver dough pieces for French bread, baguette, Mole bread, sweet bread, Panettone, crumb bread or sandwich, Big bread, and various types of pastries such as hamburger buns, hot dog buns, flavored bread, pizza, pizzetta, tortillas, etc. The equipment can be used in any baking method, including direct system, pre-cooked and cooled, pre-cooked and frozen, both in new production lines and existing IMEPA lines.
The system allows working with a 2% weight difference in dough pieces, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Due to the speed of continuous processing without delays, the dough experiences minimal variations. Easy interchangeability of molds or cutting heads enables a diverse range of products to be produced with the same equipment. Being an independent machine, it can be placed anywhere in the production area. The equipment is user-friendly, featuring simple and secure mechanisms.
After production, the equipment includes a simple, quick, and effective cleaning system, eliminating dough residues from the dividers interior without the need for disassembly. As with all our equipment, IMEPA will be present for any engineering changes required in its production scheme
