Grissini Maker
This equipment has been designed for the automatic production of grissini, breadsticks, fajitas, and similar products due to its versatile cutting capabilities ranging from 10 to 600mm in length. It features an entry laminator, a cutting guillotine, and automatic tray stacking. The initial laminating cylinder is made of non-stick material, and the forming head is interchangeable without the use of tools, making it easy and quick with a wide range of shapes and sizes available.
Product cutting to the desired length is performed by a pneumatic guillotine with a simple and reliable mechanism. The equipment is controlled and regulated using electronic Speed Variators with controls conveniently located in front of the operator for easy access. The dough feeding to the heads is done through an inclined plane, where the operator manually places the previously laminated dough. The laminating cylinders have adjustable opening and speed to adapt to different doughs and products.
The forming cylinders in the detachable head have their speed control on the control panel and are adjusted by the operator. Each type of dough and each type of product requires a different speed adjustment. The continuous dough tubes obtained from this head are guided by grooved rollers to the cutting section through a belt with variable speed. The continuous tubes are cut by a pneumatic guillotine, where the equipment generates a wide variety of cuts through its adjustments. Once cut, the grissini are taken by a belt that separates and stacks them on the tray automatically, regardless of the tray type and condition.
