Dough Sheeter

A machine specially designed for rolling out dough up to 60 cm wide, suitable for heavy-duty use. It features 2 rollers with a diameter of 105mm, coated with non-stick material. Driven by a direct motor reducer without transmission mechanisms. It has a retractable tray at each end, a flour container, and the belt on each side operates at different speeds to prevent stretching or compression of the rolled-out dough.

The manual adjustment of the roller opening is easy to operate along with the front-mounted reversing lever. A safety grid stops the equipment when opened, and it includes a sealed electrical cabinet with low-voltage control and thermal motor protection. It also comes with a rolling pin support and automatic winding at one end.
