Cutting Table without Guillotine

Equipment designed to perform cuts of various types and shapes on laminated dough from the Imepa laminator, providing an ideal complement between both in the preparation of puff pastry. The laminated dough rolled on the rolling pin, coming from the laminator, is deposited on the support. From there, it automatically unwinds, and die-cutting is carried out according to the desired product. All models have 2 stations for circular cutting, perforating, etc.

All table models feature electronic belt speed regulation, and the dies are easily interchangeable. Their operation is extremely simple for the operator.
