Cutting Table with Guillotine

Equipment designed to perform cuts of various types and shapes on laminated dough from the Imepa laminator, providing an ideal complement between both in the preparation of puff pastry. The laminated dough rolled on the rolling pin, coming from the laminator, is deposited on the support. From there, it automatically unwinds, and the die-cutting is carried out according to the desired product. All models have 2 stations for circular cutting, perforating, etc.

It features an additional motorized guillotine station with digital cutting distance adjustment. All cutting table models have electronic belt speed regulation, the dies are easily interchangeable, and their operation is extremely simple for the operator.
