Silent operation, high-quality blades for residue-free cutting, constructed in stainless steel, as are the elements in contact with the product. The electrical cabinet is sealed and placed away from the most contaminated area, with a control panel and contactor featuring thermal protection for the motor. The robust structure is made of reinforced steel and finished with high-resistance baked paint.
