The machine consists of 2 adjustable rolling pins powered by a high-capacity motor. To ensure operator safety, the equipment features a third roller to guide the dough and an emergency stop bar in front of it. Its sturdy legs are adjustable to accommodate floor irregularities, and it is easy to adjust and operate. The ramps and sides are constructed from stainless steel.
