Breadcrumb Prodcution Line
The Vertical Sheeter is a line designed for the continuous production of cookies intended for the industrial production of breadcrumbs and coating. It consists of a loading hopper responsible for holding bulk flour for product preparation, equipped with automatic raw material level sensors. Next, a continuous dispenser automatically delivers the amount of flour, water, coloring, and other ingredients to the mixer.
The mixer is prepared to form low-moisture dough (maximum 35%) with the ingredients it receives from the dispenser, performing the work continuously through rotating blades in tanks specially designed for this purpose. The product obtained from continuous mixing is fed into the Sheeter, composed of a rolling mill with 6 rollers, the first 2 of which have a diameter of 400mm and the remaining 4 have a diameter of 225mm.
In this stage, the dough is compressed with a high compression load, forming a continuous sheet that is taken by the die-cutting assembly consisting of 3 stations that puncture and cut the product, delivering rectangular cookies to the oven continuously. The entire system has electronic speed control, the sheet size adapts to the tunnel oven owned by the customer, it is easy to operate, and the product is extremely homogeneous.
