Sliced Bread Moulder

Equipment designed to shape bread using dough from the resting stage. Due to the wide variety of bread in Latin America, IMEPA offers a machine that performs this task with dough weights ranging from 300g to 1kg. It features an entry belt and an initial pre-press, a head consisting of 2 pairs of rolling pins, and an innovative and effective system for assembling, compacting, and shaping the bread.
