Bread Crumbing Machine
Equipment designed to shape the bread with the dough coming from the resting stage. Due to the wide variety of bread in Latin America, IMEPA introduces a machine that performs this task with dough weights ranging from 4 to 13 kg. It features an entry belt and an initial pre-press, a head consisting of 4 pairs of rolling pins, and an innovative and effective system for assembling, compacting, and shaping the bread.
