Proofing Chamber for Convection Oven

The IMEPA proofing chamber is specifically designed as a base for the convection oven. It features a sturdy structure, an internal cabinet made of Stainless Steel, heating with electric resistance, and humidity generation through a water tray. The wide-view tempered glass door, along with a sealed electrical cabinet, automatically controls the temperature using a thermostat.

Prepared for intensive work, it is robust, quiet, easy to clean, and extremely simple to operate.
